Scientists and researchers from institutions in Poland and abroad are invited to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PSC 2025 consists of 3 parts: a <strong>scientific session<\/strong> (oral and poster presentations), a <strong>workshop session<\/strong> (dedicated to designing the first Polish planetary space mission), and a <strong>planetary Open Day<\/strong> (a public outreach event).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The official language of the scientific part of the conference is English.<br>For this conference, there is no fee, but registration, which will be open in June, will be required.<br>The conference proceedings will be published in SCOPUS indexed journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More information will be available soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Objectives and scope of the PSC 2025:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Presentation of current achievements in planetary science<\/li><li>Development of planetary and space science in Poland and beyond<\/li><li>Integration of the Polish planetary scientist community<\/li><li>Strengthening international cooperation in planetary science<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Planets (apart from Earth), dwarf planets, moons, small objects of the Solar System<\/li><li>Exoplanets<\/li><li>Research associated to:<ul><li>Current and past planetary missions<\/li><li>New methods and tools for future space exploration<\/li><li>Laboratory experiments<\/li><li>Simulations and theoretical investigations<\/li><li>Terrestrial analog studies<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4>Organizers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/fais.uj.edu.pl\/\">The Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/wgig.uj.edu.pl\/\">The Faculty of Geography and Geology of the Jagiellonian University<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Planetary Science Conference 2025 will take place October 23-25 in Krakow as a hybrid event.
