The 5th National Mars Science Seminar will be held on October 11th, 2024, in Krakow, Poland. From this year on, to meet the expectations of the scientific community, due to the rapidly advancing new discoveries, and the expected new space missions, the National Mars Science Seminar has changed its name to the Planetary Science Conference. The Planetary Science Conference will include topics related to planets, moons, and small bodies of the Solar System as well as exoplanets.
The conference will consist of two parts: a scientific session (oral and poster presentations) and a workshop session dedicated to writing two scientific reviews on planetary science, which will be published in Acta Physica Polonica B Proceedings Supplement (in English) and Przegląd Geologiczny (in Polish); both journals are SCOPUS indexed. During the conference, a visit to the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Center is scheduled.
For this conference, there is no fee, but registration is required. The official language of the conference is English.
